Applied Materials Youth Legacy Awards Application

 

Nominations for these awards are now closed. However, please consider nominating your student for one of the Seton Family of Hospitals MLK Youth Achievement Awards

The YLA's were created to recognize youth in the Austin community for their outstanding commitment and achievement. There are seven categories in which students will be recognized for their contributions (see awards categories below)

The 2009 YLA awards will be presented at the Awards Program hosted by Applied Materials and Austin Community College scheduled for 3pm, Sunday, January 18, 2009.

All of the nominees are invited to lead the MLK Community March 9am Monday, January 19, 2009.
